nck entered wrong 5 times on t68 - GSM-Forum

Hi

Got a t68 with nck that has been entered wrong 5 times. i now have the correct nck, but it says not allowed when entered.

plz help

Use maxim ericsson server to reset the counter.

i have online logger but cant find option to reset counter. plz can some 1 point me in right direction.
