first post,im just need to modding my w810i .like:
1:update to last firmware
2:increase external speaker volum
3:camera quality
etc
inorder to make it lovely

Use cruiser to full flash the phone
I do not think it can be done with out hw modification
Well you can use a piece of software called Noicewave community edition to "increase" the picture quality...
