Jog Dial UP * Jog Dial DOWN Jog Dial DOWN * Jog Dial DOWN * Explanation: With the phone on, move the side/jog dial upwards once , then press *, move jog dial down twice and press * again, move jog dial downwards and press * You will then see "Service Menus" and can choose either "Service Information" "Service Tests" or "Format Internal Disk" Formatting the Internal Disk will reset the phone to factory default - erasing any data and programs in the process.
