but you can get the cracked version of sonic box to use with ufs to unlock the phone.

well, i have that, but have problems to get an working flash...

i tryed with
Z500a_NAM1_R2A009.mbn
and
Z500a_Rogers_R2A009.fbn

and looks like everything are ok, but give me the Insert Correct SIM error

someone told me that if i use Z500a_NAM1_R2A009_IMEI.mbn it will work, but i found that file but looks like its damaged because i get an error when try to flash it.

someone have that file?

What are you trying to do...flash or unlock phone? if flash? why?

well, first time i try to unlock it and after that the phone show me 5 locks, and the insert correct sim error and dont recognice any chip. so i read that i need to reflash it, and i tryed with Z500a_NAM1_R2A009.mbn and still getting the same error, and with Z500a_NAM1_R2A009_IMEI.mbn i get an error at 64% i think that this file is currupted.

So can you turn on the phone now? does it work right? when it says insert correct sim card means the phone is locked to a different sim, I am guessing the flash locked to something different.

yes after i flash it with Z500a_NAM1_R2A009.mbn now the phone turn on. and say "Insert Correct Sim Card".

an guy told me if i flash the phone with Z500a_NAM1_R2A009_IMEI.mbn will work, but my file is corrupted i think because the flash dead after 65% complete.

no need to flash. "insert correct sim card" means it is locked.
All you need to do is unlock the phone.
