T100 keypad hang - GSM-Forum

Dear All please help I have T100 I press power on ok! but the others Keypad not work like 1234567890#*-><-C.
please help

as said, open the phone and clean the keypad, there is sure a key or vol. regulator kept pressed. check if all the key are doing normally and that they are not kept press

I had the same problem in a T610.

i have same problem but some time it work or not
on/off work properly but some time key work or not
