T39m Still four locks closed - GSM-Forum

I have tryed

DIV 6.2
DIV 8
DIV 8.1

All read codes come out with funny charactors.

Reset GDFS says completed but doesnt work same with clear sp locks.

Can anyone help me please?

I have T39 gdfs for empty board maybe will help u.Post E-mail adress to send it to u.I have repaired 1 T39 & 1 T65 with 4 locks By reset codes with Total tool 1.55

Have a few bad T39m some with 4 locks closed, others won't find network. IMEI on all "4locks" phones seems to be the same. I can't repair them by Reset GDFS.
I've found the IMEI area in backup GDFS by DIV8.2 (was not difficult) and filled it with FFs. It resulted in a phone with question marks instead of IMEI. This one won't accept any GDFS operation anymore (neither write, nor backup or reset) -- DIV responds error 3101 (what does it mean?)
On an other one I changed IMEI back to the original, but 4locks are still there. At this point I stuck for now.

If anybody will be so kind to send me GDFS file (and if there are some special avr/arm files I need them too) for empty board I would be very thankful (my e-mail is in my profile).

BTW I have also a T65 which can be flashed but any other operation with it result in error 4701. Phone won't power on of course. I would like to have the empty board stuff for this also.

Thanx in advance for any advice.

For t65 need full gdfs, I have such t65 with only flashing.
