    w300i no volume please help ?


    hi i have a w300i with no ear piece volume
    the ringer volume is fine ive changed the earpiece speaker still no volume the head set logo is on lcd at all times seems to be stuck in headset mode done amaster reset any one any ideas please ? thanks

    sir try to clean the charging terminal may be there is shortcercuit on the headset connector.
