W810 White Screen Blinking - GSM-Forum

When I connect set with se tool set sratrt blinking not boot
also with ufs no boot just blinking

wash bord no result
heat flash ic no result

what i m do know any solution how to boot this set ?

it's a cable problem, as the cruiser team suggest. just check your cable,the connector of your phone and try again.

If ur cable and connector is ok then it is a CPU problem(not the flash IC)
1. try with reheat CPU.

Hai,
I have a problem with my w810i. I have flashed my mobile several times and flashing was successfully completed.Then
Sony ericsson logo appear, and then my mobile goes white screen flashing.
please help me brother.

It seems that this is a hardware problem:

Introduction
Units equipped with ST memory chip set may be returned due to On/Off and flickering white LCD.
Most affected product is W810 as it has dynamic/floating memory area for FS and CXC.
Problem show itself when unit is powered on and off repeatedly. The unit can go into a non-recoverable state where the LCD flickers white on and off.
For all other products mentioned, the problem is much more difficult to provoke.

Claiming instruction
When claiming in WCMS, please always use the symptom code 'Can't power on' and put the letters (capital) 'WS' for White Screen in the beginning of the remark field.
This is extremely important in order to get the data about the return volumes due to this fault!

Comments
It is important that everyone is following these instructions carefully!

Recovery
A patch to fix that problem is currently under development (planned for w44/45) and you will be informed officially when it's been released!
Until then, please don't escalate such units but keep them aside until the patch is available!

sir i have sony w810 when open the mesg phone will restart i will flash the set but some i con was missing i will flash again but set will white blink pls help sir thanks in advance

u can repair gdfs then full flash for same cid version i hope problem solved thx......
