W810i Configuration Error After Debrand - Help! - GSM-Forum

Can anyone help as I was playing with my new W810i and tried the debranding step mentioned using SE++ V1.2 and FAR. Followed every steps and keep getting "Configuration Error Please Contact Service Provider".
As I read more and came across that I need a custompack that match my phones CDA and Region #. That's where I get stuck because SE++ showed my phone as:

Could this be my problem as I cannot find a matching customization files?

I tried Generic, Cingular, and Hong Kong Firmwares and they are no good. I tried the exact same one from the instruction and it's no good.
What should I do next?

SE Tool or Cruiserwill surely solve your problem.

use setool for complete flash

I am still looking for free tools. My phone is back on line but I only managed to load a matching set of Hong Kong custimization CDA102494_5_HONG_KONG along with fbn and mbn files. At least now I know I don't need to match CDA#.
