Xperia arc s emergency calls only - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with the phone Xperia arc s 12W06. My phone has a SIM lock Orange. Original soft 2.3.4. I downloaded from the internet soft LT18i_4.1.B.0.587_ (1254-2716) and the Uploader it through Flashtool. Now when you start seeing the sim card phone type a PIN but I only emergency calls. After entering the PIN every time you turn on your phone I have to provide language. After selecting the language appears the message "Please insert the card and restart the phone." I checked the other sim card and it is the same. Even as I put the card of another operator does not ask me how earlier about a code to unlock only have to give the PIN.
