z200 flashing,where to get files and how? - GSM-Forum

please can anybody explain to me how to do sonyericsson z200 flash using twister atrz?which file do i use as mcu part 1 and which do i use as mcu part 2.where do i put the avr,arm and gdfs files?which ones are on the support page?avr or arm?i noticed there is no gdfs for z200,please does anyone know where i can get this from if there is gdfs for it.where can i get mcu part 2 or whichever one you think i need.
lastly,i killed a phone by flashing using the same flash(which i got from the support site z200_125718_r4e_con1.bis) as mcu part1 and mcu part 2,does anyone know how i can fix this?i actually read the mcu of the phone before flashing it so that i have a back up incase anything goes wrong but i don't know how to restore the flash to the phone cause it is also a single file and there will no mcu part 2 if i decide to use it.

xxxxxxxxx_con is mcu1
xxxxxxxxx_fix is mcu2

there is no gdfs in arm-based phones, instead there is ffs.
