Hello guys,

I heard from lot of people that internet service is not working with some reliance ruim card.
Lots of forum and blog found solution, those people whose facing problem, need to replace their ruim card with new one one from Reliance care, and do *228 using ZTE, LENOVO handset.

This trick works but they dont know why internet work with new sim card, while old sim not getting connected internet.

good news is I know the answer....

tools used - windows pc, huawei ec315 (unlocked / work with any ruim)

1-put your sim card inside ec315 data card and plug in with pc.
2-open dashboard of ec315 and go to >settings>dial-up>profile management>
3-if it shows "[email protected]" under profile name field, then your sim card with with boost moto e.
4-if it shows other than "[email protected]" like "[email protected]" it means you need to replace your sim card.

The logic behind these, when you replace your old sim card with new one and do *228 with zte or lenevo handset, then omh profile doesnt change (by default omh profile - [email protected]).
But be aware if you do *228 from a samsung handset, the omh profile changed from "[email protected]" to "Samsung-MODEL [email protected]ceinfoS19121NB15CB112D".

BOOST MOTO E INTERNET ONLY WORK WITH RUIM HAVING USERNAME "[email protected]".
