Little problem with Motorola W362

Hello to all members,
Need to flash motorola W362, I have required DmTool, flashing file and driver. But the problem is driver is not being installed (neither automatically nor manually). Any idea about this model to install driver, since driver is not being installed I think there is some other trick or different driver. I have Motorola Driver v2.9.0.0.

Need suggestion.
