Lost PRL info on motorola Droid X

Hi,

recently I bought used reliance droid X which was working fine till I factory reset the phone, now I cant make or receive calls, I have a blue triangle on status bar and reliance guy says that ur handset is active your number is active but your handset has lost the PRL info , which is seems right as my phone is not able to patch to any tower (this is my best guess)

so now I am stuck prl thing, I know setting can be done via ##7764726, but what setting I have to do ?

Programming Instructions

1. Power the phone on
2. Click phone icon to go to dial pad
3. Dial ##7764726 and hit call
4. Enter 000000
5. Choose User Activation
6. Enter in MDN then click OK
7. Enter in MIN then click OK
8. Hit the back button once and it will say “phone will reset now”
9. Let it reset and phone will be programmed.

For PRL you need to connect handset in diagnostic mode via below method
and write PRL by cdmaworkshop or several free tools

Hardware Virtual Serial Port required. See Driver Archive.

1. Turn the phone on
2. Go to Menu, Settings, Applications, Development
3. Place a checkmark on USB Debugging.
4. Drop down the phone’s notification bar
5. Click on “USB connection“
6. Choose PC ModeOr:
7. Turn the phone off
8. Plug in the cable to the computer but not to the phone
9. Hold down the camera button
10. Now plug in the cable to the phone and keep holding the camera button for about 20 seconds.
