dear Friend, can you Help me? nedd Read SPC from Motorola V3m bout not Working my Software (i'm Using MotoDongle ) can you Put again the Donwload Area for Read SPC.

Try reading with Leader flex editor seem 0055 rec 0001 Bytes E. This is where the subsidy lock is located on the V3c and e815 for Bell Mobility.
and for Nam programming use pst 7.2.3-> pst phone programming-> file new->cdma nam file - no need any code
