w355 phone locked contact service center pl help tried to flash with d m tool v2.5 as available in the forum with t191 serial cable but no sucess handset shows wrong dm tool when trying to flash

dear u use dm tool version 3.0.......ur problem be solve....which one u use dm tool?

tried with v3.0 after connecting it is asking entry password

i have motorola w355(reliance) phone locked please c/s when i tried to flash with dm tool 3.0 it asks for spc but when i rad spc ie:000000 and when i enter 000000 it says password failure.


when i tried with infinity to flash, it says wrong dm tool .

any solution?????????????
