wx435 stuck

Well I am a proud owner of a wx435 motorola and since I bought it used I was doing a wipe factory restore and the battery felt out in the middle of the process. Well now when I try to get in the recovery mode by pressing volume down and power when the cell is off I get this on the screen;

Incoming Download Mode

And it keeps doing this undefenitevely.

and if I just try to turn the cell on I get this on the screen;
