Member: 2707004 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Help with ZTE Quest N817 (Wellington) I have a lot of experience rooting and flashing android phones, but am totally new to cloning. So I need some advice, I'm not even sure if what I want to do can be done. I have a ZTE Quest N817 with a free lifeline plan through Assurance Wireless. The carrier does not allow the use of any other devices with this plan. The phone has so little ram that it is difficult to use most of the time. Also, the phone has a sd card slot but does not allow for moving apps to the sd card. It has almost no storage, only room for a few apps. I am constantly uninstalling apps to make room for whatever app I happen to need at that time. Such a pain in the ***. I would like to clone the ZTE to a better device to use with my plan. Is this even doable? I have read that a piece of software called Patagonia may help with this, and I have also found another application called UniCDMA tool which I have also heard may help. But I really have no idea so far. Any guidance with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
