ZTE AC2746 unlock failed

Hi everyone,
I need help unlocking zte ac2746 cdma2000 since I've tried every solution available on this forum and failed.
my modem is not responding and seems like dead.
All what I've done is :
1. common downloader step was OK.
2. I've downloaded cdma workshop and sent SPC code (000000) and unlocking was successful.
3. In the cdma workshop I choose RUIM if avail and that was successful.
4. Using the dashboard writer I've wrote the Chinanet dashboard successfully.
5. Installed the Chinanet client.

The Chinanet client asks me for pin code when I install my sim, seems like the modem is still alive but with no signal, and the modem flash light turned Red and not flashing

Please help guys.
