Zte-c n600+ not able to set internet connection
 
MY PHONE WAS UNLOCKED BY MOBILE DEALER - HE INSTALLED WITH THE CHINESE SOFTWARE, IT SHOWS SOGOU INPUT SETTINGS. I HAV FOLLOWING PROBLEMS

WHENEVER I GET MESSEGES THE INCOMING PHONE NO. DISPLAYS SOMETHING D9D35182648 (GET THE NO. WITH ALPHABET) CAN ANYBODY GUIDE ME WHY THIS IS HAPPENING.

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS I CHANGED MY OPERATOR FROM MTS to TATA DOCOMO CDMA MY PHONE WORKING PROPERLY WITH TATA BUT I M NOT ABLE TO SET MY INTERNET SETTINGS.

CAN ANY BODY GUIDE ME OR HELP ME? TO SOLVE THE ABOVE PROBLEMS
