Help with EarpHone GR5 2016 /Honor 5x (KII-Lxx)

Hi guys I have a problem with this phone... the phone no have sound in earphone and headphone!! only speaker is ok. I check and no have this capacitor (see image) and tracks is missing too. I need audio ways or earphone ways please!! or How to fix this trouble?
