honor 4c dropped in water touch not working - GSM-Forum

i have a honor 4c that it had dropped in water, and i had cleaned all of the board but touch not working, i had tried another touch lcd but that its not working,and i had tried the dropped phone's touch lcd on another phone it was working, any soloution or ic that i should work for it? i had cecked all of the board and i had cheked all the connection of board, they are good,please help me
