Huawei Nova CAN-L01 touchscreen repair help - GSM-Forum

I have to change a display to a huawei nova CAN-L01, previously it was repaired, removing the touchscreen of the glue has removed the black film below. Does it have a conductive / insulating function? will I also have to change the phone frame in this case? or is not it important?

Hi
It is for heat/light insulating
no need to change the frame
