EVA-l09

I have a P9 Eva-L09. Tested everything before assemblying but when I assembeled the lcd connector started heating up and I have to turn it off. After that it turned on hardly one or two times. Now it is not showing any display. I have tried to put another lcd but nothing. Any solutions?
