my huawei phone failed at enscription unsuccessful and i need help please

hi team,
how can one be assisted especially when he has a problem with this worst phones of huawei y625-u32 series when the they get stuck on encryption unsuccessful? even after tying to follow the shorting of two pins with a tweezers, the phone does not go to quolcom mode. the guide was this forum could help and am still waiting for that help. my question is: how can i make my phone work again or is it now useless after using it for only two years after i bought it? please need your help if there is an alternative.

once more my help is concerning my huawei y625 phone. one of the huawei sellers told me that these phones were phased out and are no longer in use. so does it mean i will not be able to use my phone anymore? this is a great loss and also very embarrassing indeed. since there is no communication in this forum too, then i expect feedback from my e-mail. thanks.

is emmc problem you need to change emmc.

Up to this time there is no reply? Truly Huawei phones are the worst. People should not buy them anymore
