First off im sorry if this is in The wrong section, its a little hard to navigate forums on mobile.I recently was gifted a boost zte on christmas. I accidentally dropped it maybe 3-4 ft high from a cement floor, but there was a thin mat between it and the week after that my volume up button never worked, i went to restart the phone and it automatically turns on with a Factory Test Mode FTM. I assume the volume up button got stuck on because theres a message under the FTM saying avoid pressing volume up upon startup to avoid this message. So i take the cover off the back, unscrew all the screw except for the one nearest to the camera lense because i accidentally stripped it, so i slightly pried the side open with a flathead and slid the volume up and down buttons out. I put the battery back in and its still doing the same thing with the FTM and i cannot exit it, the last thing i can think of is this could be a problem with the motherboard or whatever which im not too skilled with fixing. If you have any idea on how to fix i would greatly appreciate it and wouldnt have to save up for months just to get a new phone.
