After replacing polarizer film i get streaks with my finger

After rebuilding screens and adding new polarizer film I get streaks that leave dark colors when i swipe my finger across them. This doesn't happen in all cases but i realize after I hit the lock button they disappear. This is only happening after I remove the clear film and/or polarizer film and Im also noticing this is only on iPhone 5 and higher.

Is there a reason for this or perhaps a quick fix or even something that I'm missing?

well...

its not the device or particular screen that were having problems with its the process of rebuilding the lcd system and adding glass to it. We are certified technicians with all the proper manufacturing equipment. We're looking for someone with similar qualifications and experience with similar equipment that has had the same issue. I think we have a fix for it but i don't like to assume anything especially when it has the ability to affect our clients.

Anyone out there having issues with polarized film?

and thanks Bod
