the 3 files you are talking about bro is only for jailbroken via cydia if im not mistaken.. so if you want to remove icloud thats paid service.

if im not mistaken we cannot back up disable iphone.

remove icloud can be pssiible if you have an encrypted backup, or id info or if clean device.

If you are locked out of your iPhone after 6 attempts of wrong passcode, or the screen is broken and not responsive, here is how to backup iPhone without passcode:

Method #3: How to Access Your iTunes/iCloud Backup
