sometimes it happens wen u use a after market part on the phone. open the phone and check what had been changed. change it back with the original part, u'll be just fine. the most common part for this error is the screen or sensor. so restore the phone without screen or sensor to see if its working or not and let me know!!

FIRST REMOVE ALL PARTS FROM PCB TRY TO RESTORE SOFTWARE
IF NOT WORKING CLEAN FULL PCB AND HEAT commpas ic THAN RESTORE SOFTWARE

I did have this error with an iphone 5s where the baseband ic was changed or look for an short on the motherboard

and take out all parts ( camera - front camera - ... )
