error 9 on all latest firmwares bug in 10.1.1

Same problem here. Error 9 while trying to restore Iphone 6 from itunes, even in DFU mode.
Phone was working perfectly, custommer wanted to upgrade to IOS 10, then phone stuck on apple logo with progress bar for more than 1 hour. He did reboot phone, and now, just showing apple logo, then shut down, apple logo, shut down, etc, etc...
Anyone has any idea of how to recover????

yes using latest version same error 9 on all devices

i done 1 6s with ios 10.1.1 by itune by manually select ipsw in different folder. and 1 6g by 10.1 ipsw. Both have error '9'.

one solve changing display original, because the display was not original.

Yes,if you have solution please share,I have two sets Iphone 6 with same problem error 9,tried from dfu,recovery,several windows and mac,from other folder,3uTools,itunes,every time error 9.
