backup not encrypted, use itunes again and create backup with password 1234 and upload it. post link here

Sorry no data found in ur backup. Only another hotmail id and password found

that another hotmail id is email account used in this phone but icloud account in this device is "not verifyed" and i cannot delete without password...

Your iphone ios 8.0, you can jailbreak it and read password from cache file
