I phone 5 dead if I conect charger showing battery symbol plz help me

keep it in charge for around a houre. then try to turn it on..

if failed then do following things
install latest version of itunes. then enter your phone in recovery mode. (press home button and connect cable. dont release home button until its in recovery mode) and restore firmware using itunes.

you right,but if phone can't boot ,
try DFU not recovery

Phone doesn't mean DEAD if display say that is charging

if you have skills in hardware you can change battery and clean the bord a little and
you can try to restore with itunes

I have changed battery after that a little change in phone after connecting charger apple logo showing in display and turning off in 10 seconds

You probably broke the charger plug in. Get a new one. Other option is trying to connect your iPhone to your PC or Mac.

I used to be confronted with the same problem as yours before. Then I changed the USB cable because I guessed something maybe wrong with the data cable, and that really worked. Maybe you can change your USB and have it a try.
