what the problem with your phone.ex water damaged or any other etc.i think its a hardware problem.

Search some posted about no imei .,erro -1 , erro 1669 ..etc ! Restore phones by Mac device , if cann't fix , check hw .you can check this problem from change battery , baseband power ic , epprom ,qualcomm ..etc .
