hi gus I have iphone 5 when I put the caple he give me yhat message so I change many flex cable if charge and same problem and I try anither caple and the same what to do please ??😓😓😥

I think this is not cable broblem. update your itunes to the latest version .then it will be ok.
i were have same isub.my pc detect and conect iphone 4 but not not 5 .aftere i update it's Ok!!

gus please I said it thousand time I try the orginal one and other caple not worked and then I mived to flex flate charge and also I changed too many also not worked
