iPhone 5 randomly rebooting after water damage

I am no iPhone repair pro (I am an iOS developer), just trying to fix my wife's "almost running" iPhone 5.
I try to describe it in a whole, so you can point out what is the problem from your experience and how to fix it if possible. Thank you.

History:
  • she dropped the phone in the toilet, so it's been for a few seconds in "water"
  • then dried and turned off for about 4 hours
  • then she tried to turn it on, it went on, but rebooted in cycle on apple logo
  • she could not turn it off, so it stayed like that for few hours until I removed the battery
  • i took it apart (not much water inside, few drops visible on two places), washed in isopropyl, let dry for 2 days and turned on

Symptoms:
  • it seems to be running fine, only after some time it randomly reboots
  • screen turns black with stripes, and then apple logo
  • the time until the phone reboots depends on the time being turned off
  • if i leave it off for 2 days, it runs for 2 hours
  • if i leave it off for 1 hours, it runs for 5 minutes
  • if i don't leave it off, it will reboot just after 1 minute, then 20 seconds, then 5-10 secs boot loop
  • it seems that with battery charged to full (and charger connected?) it lasts longer, up to 1 day
  • on the touch it is not excessively hot, the battery is charging and the percentage is updating
  • one thing i know is not working is a compass, always shows 0° (gsm, lte, mic, speaker, both camera, screen, touch, gyro, accel, gps.. all seem working)

I already tried:
  • restore
  • cleaning again
  • remove/replace all parts around logic board from different iPhone 5 (no camera, no bottom board, other screen, other battery)
  • with or without charger connected
  • the phone is not jailbreaked so i don't know if there are any error reported in the logs (how to get the logs from iPhone while it is booting?)
