iphone 5 runing mobile . icloud problem - GSM-Forum

i have iphone 5 this is all okay call incoming out going . i am still use . but this have icloud on then i can not restore or upgrade . i dnot know apple id password i can not use download any app . please any can have solution running iphone 5 how to icloud off , then i can put there new apple id pass . please help me thanks in advanced.

only apple logo stoped ?

The phone having icloud should not prevent you from downloading App from the apple store as long as you can access the menu,you can freely remove the apple ID associated with the apple store and signed in with your own apple id and download apps
*you can do this from the settings in the iphone
*then Itunes &Apps Stores click on the current apple ID select sign out the log in with your from there
