Member: 6999 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | Iphone 5 switches off when charger plugged in I sold an iphone 5 and everything was working but the buyer has now come back to me as it wont charge. i checked the charge port and one of the pins was slightly damaged so i replaced the port but it still wont charge. When i put a charged battery in the phone it powers up and works fine but as soon as you plug a charger in it locks up and eventually switches off. i have tried several charge ports and still the same problem. does anyone have any ideas as im stuck now? Thanks |
