Hello friends ,
Happy new year .
Actually I have iPhone 5 unlocked but not activated .

When I want to active it I get this message in iTunes : The sim card inserted in this iphone does not appear to be supported.

Plz I wanna help .

dude I am pretty sure you know the meaning of this it means its SIM LOCKED,, and you have to make an IMEI check ,, maybe it was unlocked but got relocked only GSX check can solve this

most iphones need a full restore after unlock to do it properly . so do a restore and update and it will work 100% if its unloked. good luck

You should check with GSX to be 100% sure that is unlocked.

same problem as mine before 2pcs of iphone 5 i cannot activate although its unlock
already...irestore it before the unlocking process the unlocker pm me that its done
then i check unlock already but sad to say cannot activate...the iphone stay with me atleast 2 weeks but nothing happens with the new ios...still cannot activate

try to activate with original sim card(or activate with rsim10 if you don't have the original sim). after you have activated, check if iphone read your sim!! Never unlock a non-activated iphone

ofc u can factory unlock any iphone with any carrier!!
