Question Iphone 5 Who can explain what issue that cause activation failed??????


hi after upgrading to ios 8.1
Activation Failed
message
This iPhone is not able to complete the activation process.please press Home and start over.If the issue persists,please visit your nearest apple store or Authorized service provider for more information or replacement

this iphone 5 is GSM+CDMA

what cost of the problem?

I suggest that you off the phone remove the sim card and put it back then on the phone and use wifi to activate it.Dont connect to itunes.

i already done all but same procedure i try to change sim
i noticed that my serial no is not on database.....please answer
i am using always updated itunes

restore firmware again with sim inserted
don't connect to itunes, just use wifi connection for activation
