Iphone 5S 3G/4G work, but can not call or text

I have a iPhone 5S it is unlocked from UK Orange yesterday

I connect iphone to Itunes and DFU restore the iphone.
After restore itunes say "Congratulations your iPhone has been unlocked"

i put my working simcard in the phone, it find my carrier and 3g/4g signal.
But i can not call or test.
But i can surf on the internet! ( NO WIFI)
Signal bar has empty dots!

yeah I had a same problem too. I took my iPhone to UK and tried to use it there. I had internet but I couldn't make any phone calls and the simcard was working with other companies too. I took that phone to finland and tried to use it there too and it worked perfectly. i brought the phone back to usa and worked fine too.
what I'm saying is, there is nothing wrong with the phone. its either ur simcard that is bad or not supported by iPhone or ur carrier.
