Iphone SE charging issue

Hey guys .

I have got an iphone SE with charging issue.

When i turn on the phone its showing 1% , and later show the normal %

I already changed the battery, the dock flex, the u2 ic. Still nothing .

I check the resistance under u2 ic , thats normal

And check the resistance near the battery, the charging fpc , u2 ic, tigris ic .... normal everywhere

Anybody meet with this issue ? Or have got some idea ?
