Iphone 5s give error (14)etc - GSM-Forum

i try to flash 5s with itunes but during the writing iphone resting and apear itunes logo and wrtten on screen "support.appple.com/iphone/restore".i try to flash with 3u Tool and file writing 38 % and show error "unable to restore i Divice (-2)"i also check it with reiboot but their is also write flash process stop in middle.please give me a solution

error 14 ,9,16,26 same Nand IC

Try This,
Remove complete LCD , removed or loosen screw in the center beside NAND,
update itunes , and flash new Ios version ,be sure internet is fast , and battery is more than 5o%
, but if not thats is NAND IC ,

Note: this is only applicable for those non warranty iphone device , but if warranty kindly bring to the nearest apple authorized center for Unit replacement ,
