iPhone 5s no audio/sound only in calls

iPhone 5s mic/prox/speaker works in voice memos, video recording and in facetime/facetime audio over wifi.
While in a regular call though there's no sound. Ear speaker, loudspeaker, top mic, bottom mic and even headphones don't work even on speaker phone. Have tried replacing charge port and prox flex with no success. Tried multiple sims and factory restore. A quick google search brings up and issue with the U21 IC. Anyone else ever experience this and had success?
