Iphone 5s no incoming calls - GSM-Forum

Hey guys, i require your experience for this trouble, im going to buy a iphone 5s that can not receive and can not make calls.

The vendor tell me that he bought the iphone from ebay (300€) and was stole him because dont work the calls.

Okay, he told me that he went to a repair store and has payed 120€ for unlock from the carrier (vodafone), but this not work, so the store tried repair the phone (restore IOS supose...) but never found a solution.

So i think probably this iphone is blacklisted or IC problem.

If I buy it, have any chance to revive it? IMEI change or other service if exists?

Please explain your opinions im very gratefull.

Yes, when power on the iphone got network but cant receive calls only works the data connection 3G/HSDPA.

So the people says is probably blacklisted, because this i need to know if it is sim locked.
