It sound like is the FL11 module on the motherboard. This can get damage easily when disconnecting the battery from the motherboard. Here is pic a for reference.
open and Confirm that this modules are in place.

If they don't you must replace them. This job must be done by a professional, since you can damage the mainboard.

i have same problem in my 5c only show 2% chanrging
i change new battery from market but problem not solve
then i change battery from running set my problem solve
so
its battery problem please change tested battery..

if i charge with wirless charge it will drain my battery like usb charging !!
