iPhone 5S .. restore error 4013!!

hello guys,
how are you all ? .. hope you fine ..

i'm facing a problem with an iPhone 5S ..
the iphone came with a strange problem ..
when i turn it on .. i see apple logo and after 1 min screen goes BLUE then it's restarts ..
so, i tried the following ..

-Restore ..
Result: Error 4013

-Restore w/out Proximity Flex ..
Result: Error 4013

-Restore w/out the screen ..
Result: Error 4013

now i know it's HW related problem and i know it's not related to the proximity flex or any other flex connected with the screen ..

i read somewhere that problem could be fixed by rehot or replace the U2 ic .. but i'm not sure ..

i just need someone confirm that info for me ..

thx in advance.

ERROR 4013 can be ipsw bad firmware problem, in this month itunes have a bugs, that it download not the last signed ipsw, so whe connect to server it get a bad response because of the non signed ipsw. update itunes or download ipsw manually from other sites
