Iphone 5s strange problem


I have iphone 5s with apple logo hang i tried to restore using latest itunes and latest firmware 7.1 when im trying to restore it the restore process goes a little bit further but the iphone shows blue screen and restarts and the itunes gives an error (14) i searched the forum some 1 said firmware corrupted download other 1.. i did the same but no luck some said that delete the file in the C drive user/document and settings/application/......... and bla bla ... i did the same but no luck ...........really got a headache of this problem

will revise the problem again when im restoring the mobile turns blue screen and restarts and itune gives an error (14)...............up this problem its very strange..........................

hello Try:
Error 14 Usually Cause by USB

*Change USB cable( Try to use Original)
*Connect USB to Direct PCB HUB than USB hubs

thanks bro for ur reply but i did change the usb cable as well and the usb cod and im using it to direct a pc hub but the problem is same.................

scan your pc with antyvirus then restore firmware

virus makes currupted iphone firmware

If usb cable is original and u have got the same error
i adjust u to check with any mac OS

most probably fault is with USB port of Mobile Or Check the cable Once more !

thanks frnd all of u but the problem is when the apple logo appears ,after a few seconds mobile screen turns blue and restarts in recovery ..................

i have this iphone5s bluescreen when i tried putting this mother board to another

good mobile it works ok but when i return it back to its original cover it goes blue screen

again so try transfering your mother board to other working ip5s. my advise dont restore

try this first.

Hi

Problem Brand new phone while switching frames to gold get blue display
change back to original frame yet same.



Try itunes some phones error 14
some complete update and stuck in recovery


Inspected the whole logic board physically it looks fine.

have tried connecting only the logic board with Dock connector
and tried yet after update phone stays in recovery mode
any solutions pls
