i have 230pcs iphone 5s they are unlocked but i cant activate them it always gives me error
( we are unable to complete your activation at this time )

i tried to restore in recovery mode but still same
i tried to restore in dfu mode but still same
i tried another internet connection but still same
i tried in another pc but still same
i reinstall fresh windows and itunes but still same

can any one tell me how to active them
i m ready to pay for it

hi bro did you try to change proxy ? try this solution change proxy and tell me if work

NOTE: after install soft do a itune activation not wifi

Try to activate again on next time. Maybe problem on apple server.

Yes there was "Internal DNS error" as told by Apple while they apologized .

Baseband problem bro... check your computer with working normal used iphone
if your baseband or imei/iccid not present will show above message

This type of error occurs when device needs first activation from the Original Carrier's (Sim,Tower). Although it shows Factory unlocked but to activate it you need that carrier's working Sim or activate with in their Tower's area.
