Iphone 5s unlocking advice wanted

Hi guys, I have a orange uk iphone 5s which Orange /EE wont unlock for me as i was not the original owner and who i dont know them anyway,

Its registered on my orange PAYG account which i have had for twelve years and its been registered there for two months and im using it daily, they only charge £8.99 to unlock their phones and i have tried online and phoning them but no joy,

I have asked two unlocking shops if they can do it but i was not impressed by their response as they seemed unsure and wanted £40 which is about whats its worth as it has a cracked screen as well.

Iphone 5s imei = 352018069812713

Regards Delilah
