That's not gonna happen. Even if it is possible (like the IMEI check back in the days) the devs are aware of the consequences and they won't release this into the public. Hackitvation without bootrom exploit is not possible and in iOS7 the AppleID requirements are burried in the boot chain, thus requiring a new limera1n for A5/A6 devices.
